Our Eighth Grade Language Arts lessons provide an emphasis on Word Meanings, Analyzing Functional Text, Writing Conventions, and Paragraph Structure.

Our Sixth Grade Mathematics lessons provide an emphasis on Number Sense, Algebra & Functions, and Problem Solving.

Our Seventh Grade Mathematics lessons provide an emphasis on essential Pre-Algebra Skills and Concepts.

Our Algebra I lessons provide an emphasis on Problem Solving Strategies, Conceptual Understanding, Mathematical Vocabulary, and the Computational and Procedural Skills defined by the California State Standards for Algebra 1. It is separated into 2 semesters, and is scheduled to align with CAHSEE and CST blueprints to support initial instruction in the classroom.

The scaffolds begin at the fourth grade level and build to sixth grade level competency. These lessons are unique to our Daily Model lessons, are based on the Direct Instruction Delivery model, and are written directly to the California State Standards.
